Washington, D.C. East
Wednesday 16 September 2026
Capital Hilton, 1001 16th Street NW. The agencies, the policy people and the lenders who work to their rules.
Energy and grid, infrastructure and data centers, aerospace and defenseFinance the buyer. Close the export.
2026 editions two East Coast, one West Coast
A working session for U.S. manufacturers, technology companies, EPC contractors and service exporters on structuring finance for the overseas buyer, with the lenders and insurers who take that risk.
Designed to remain free for approved exporters, supported by sponsors. Places are limited and allocated by application.
Most trade events put exporters, buyers, banks and promoters in the same hall and leave everyone to find each other. This one does not. Each U.S. edition is built for American exporters and the capital that supports them, so the conversation starts at the transaction rather than at the introduction.
Sessions run on live files. Bring a deal that stalled, a buyer whose country limit is full, or a bank that said no, and leave with a route or a clear reason there isn't one.
Washington, San Diego and Rochester in 2026. New York joins in 2027. Plus one online session each year for international buyers of U.S. goods.

Capital markets, infrastructure, technology and data centersExport finance moves on agency policy cycles and country limits, not on an annual calendar. June and autumn editions let the same exporters come back with a file that has moved since the last time, which is where the useful conversations happen.
No keynotes about the future of trade. Working sessions on the instruments that decide whether a sale closes.
Each edition runs three of these in depth rather than all twelve.
Every edition reserves private thirty-minute slots through the day. You bring one transaction. We look at the buyer, the country, the tenor and the structure, and tell you which route is open and what it will take.
Slots are limited and booked in advance. They are free and there is no obligation on either side afterwards.
Four ways to work with our team outside the three annual editions. All of them are free to ask about and none of them require you to travel.
Thirty minutes with our export finance team on one of your own transactions. In person at an edition, or online any week of the year.
Book a sessionWe build a private session around your own order book and your own buyer countries, for your sales and finance teams. You pick the date.
Request a company sessionWe run joint sessions for chamber and trade association members, in person or online. You bring the room, we bring the content and the lenders.
Propose a chamber sessionWe are open to joint sessions with U.S. commercial offices and trade promotion bodies overseas, connecting their local buyers to American suppliers. Tell us the market.
Propose a market sessionEach edition runs on practitioners rather than a celebrity keynote: export lenders, credit insurers, agency officers and exporters who have closed the kind of transaction the room is working on.
The 2026 line-up is confirmed edition by edition and published here as it is set. If you work in export finance and want to take a session, tell us which one.
Sponsor support is what keeps the room free for approved exporters. Confirmed sponsors appear here for each edition once agreements are signed.
Packages cover sector roundtables, clinic co-hosting, delegate introductions and speaking roles.
One virtual session for international buyers, importers and distributors who want U.S. equipment and goods on financed terms. How American export support works, what makes you eligible, and how to approach a U.S. supplier with financing already in view.

There is no ticket price for approved exporters. Places are allocated by application because the room only works if everyone in it has something real in front of them. Tell us what you export and where, and we will confirm within three working days.
Applications close: Washington, Mon 14 Sep. San Diego, Fri 18 Sep. Rochester, Fri 2 Oct.
Priority goes to companies with an active or recently declined export transaction.
If you would rather not wait for an edition, send the transaction now. This is also how clinic slots are allocated, so a submission puts you at the front of the queue for the next city.
We do not share what you send with sponsors. Describe the transaction in outline only. Do not send contracts, account numbers or personal financial information through this form.
Send it anyway. A decline from one lender is a data point, not a verdict, and a large share of what we work on arrived that way.
The series is designed to remain free for approved exporters, which is what sponsor support pays for. That suits lenders, insurers, brokers and advisers who want time with exporters holding live transactions rather than a badge-scanning exercise.
Packages cover sector roundtables, clinic co-hosting, delegate introductions and speaking roles. The prospectus sets out what each level includes and what it costs.
If you represent exporters, we will build a session for your members and run it with you. Tell us the membership, the markets they sell into, and whether you want it in person or online.
Dates, venues and application windows go to this list before they go anywhere else, along with changes in agency policy and country limits that affect what gets financed.
About one email a month. No sharing with sponsors, and one click to stop.
